Estate Services are no longer issuing hard keys for the lockable bike sheds.

Your staff or student card can be activated at no cost for use of the Allam Medical Building bike shed and the EEI Building bike shed only. Please e-mail [email protected] with your staff payroll or student number for access to be added.

Alternatively, please call us on 01482 46(5084) or visit us with your ID card at our reception in Unit 3B Newland Science Park.

Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday 08:30 to 16:00.

If you currently hold a bike shed key (GMX)and wish to return it and get access added to your ID card instead, please let us know via any of the options above.

University recommended bike locks are available to hire from our Security team. The deposit will be refunded to you in full when you return your bike lock.

Once purchased, please email [email protected] to make an appointment to collect your bike lock. Appointments can be made Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 21:30.
