This will only be removed once you have a final conferred award at the end of your course. This portal is designed for alumni students to request copies of their documents from previous study, charges apply.
Academic Document - Proof of StudyDescriptionA Proof of Study is available for students who have completed their period of study. It confirms the programme, final result, dates of study and award/graduation date. Charges Studied before 2000 £25.00 Delivery Documents are only available via password protected email. Average Processing times: Studied after 2000 up to 10 working days. With the exception of School Centered Initial Teacher Training (SCITT), we do not issue Proof of Study Certificates for Validated programmes. Please request these directly from the college/institute you studied with. Due to data retention regulations we no longer provide transcripts to students who studied before 2000. A Transcript is an official document, which outlines your period of study and all of the modules and results obtained for a specific course studied. You will receive one transcript on official headed paper. Where final results/awards are in place, you will also receive a description of Higher Education in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Any modules outstanding will be displayed without marks or credits awarded. With the exception of School Centered Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) transcripts, we do not issue transcripts for progammes validated by the University of Hull. In such cases, please request your transcript directly from the college or institute you studied with. Charges Each document costs £10.00 Delivery Documents are only available via password protected email. Orders placed by third parties will not be processed
