This should include information relating to why a parking permit is required and be dated within the last 12 months. Have you considered alternative methods of travel?
The University encourages staff and students to use alternative methods of travel and you should be aware that having a parking permit does not guarantee a parking space will always be available on campus.
There is plenty of cycle storage around the campus and you don't even have to own your own bike, you can rent one from our Bike Hub which is excellent value for money. You might also like to think about joining our Liftshare scheme. Liftshare can help you find other students to travel to campus with and it's simple and affordable.
