Hire of a Dawes Sahara hybrid bike and accessories (lights, a lock and a helmet) for one trimester. The bikes come with 18 gears, are fitted with mud guards and a pannier rack with panniers and come in various sizes and styles. IMPORTANT: This bike is suitable for one rider at a time ONLY and must not be used for two or more people at once.

The hire is subject to our Terms & Conditions and a contract to be signed by the hirer upon collection. We would recommend downloading a copy of the Terms & Conditions for your reference.

IMPORTANT: The fee of £30 DOES NOT include a £70 refundable deposit. The deposit for bike hire MUST be added to your shopping cart and paid for at the same time as your bike hire charge. The £70.00 security deposit will be refunded to you in full when your bike and accessories are returned in accordance with section 7 of the Terms & Conditions. You must return your bicycle by the date and time arranged with the Bike Hub or you will be subject to a £10.00 missed appointment fee.

Once your payment is processed and a confirmation email received this agreement is non-cancellable.

Once purchased, please bring both of your email confirmations to the Bike Hub. The Hub is located in the Ferens building and we are open Monday to Thursday 13:00-17:00. Please allow around 20 minutes when collecting your bike.
