This order form is for STAFF USE ONLY. e-Tickets are non-refundable.

These e-tickets have a transaction limit of 50 per customer and a minimum of 10 e-tickets must be purchased at any one time.  If you require fewer than 10 spaces please contact [email protected]. 

Possession of these e-tickets does NOT guarantee a parking space. Parking is always subject to availability and at the vehicle owners' risk. Traffic & Parking Regulations are available here.

Payment must be made via a valid debit/credit card. If you do not have a University purchase card, please contact Finance Shared Services via [email protected]. 

Upon payment, the Estates Helpdesk team will be in contact with you to request the vehicle registration numbers of your visitors.

Please note, your booking is subject to receipt of the above.

Once this has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.  Please allow 3 working days for this to be processed.
