Staff Parking Permit Applications

The University of Hull operates a parking permit system for staff working on campus. There are a range of permits available, permits are reasonably priced and payment is deducted from your pay each month.

Staff who work on campus but are not paid via University payroll are still eligible for a permit but cannot apply here. Please email [email protected]  for details on how to apply.

If you are employed on a Temporary Staffing Service (TSS) contract, please do not use the staff parking permit application, but contact [email protected] with your payroll number and length of current contract so that we can provide you with a link to an alternative application.

A permit can only be used in the car parks indicated on the permit.

Parking permits do not guarantee a parking space on campus. All permits give staff the right to roam.

'B' permits increase the likelihood of a space being available, since the over subscription percentage is greatly reduced.

'AX' permits are designed to support staff whose current health condition is deemed by Occupational Health to necessitate temporary access to disabled parking bays, which are primarily there to support the needs of blue badge holders. These are issued for a fixed period.

Please ensure you display your permit in your vehicle at all times when on Campus.
